 My name is Carla Coates, and I am a dedicated and professional civil celebrant based in the charming town of Howard Queensland. With a passion for creating unique and personalized ceremonies, I am committed to making your special day memorable and meaningful. With much experience in the industry, I have had the honour of officiating weddings, commitment ceremonies, vow renewals, and life celebrations. My approach is warm, inclusive, and highly personalized. I pride myself on ensuring that each ceremony reflects the individuality and values of the couple or individuals involved.

Name Giving Ceremonies

Welcome your new addition with a personalized name giving ceremony that honors family and tradition. Rituals such as a candle or sand ceremony available $50 $350 *Option for a bushland venue at an additional cost

Micro Weddings

For those who prefer a more intimate setting, Speechless Celebrations has you covered. Our Speechless package has just about everything, including accommodation. Wedding Services

From grand celebrations to intimate gatherings, Speechless Celebrations will make your special day one to remember. Packages: "Kiss me Quick" This is legal requirements only, (just paperwork and lodgement to BDM) yourselves and two (2) witnesses at a venue of your choice. *$350 *Alternatively you may like a lovely bushland setting with signing table, lovers bench and florals. $500 "Friends and Family tag" You may have a friend or family member that you would like to perform your ceremony, but think that they have to do a course first. I can make this happen for you! As your Celebrant I will ensure that all the legal components are taken care of and that all paperwork is complete, your chosen one can do the rest. $550 "Whispered Vows" #Pre-wedding meeting and completion of NOIM (either in person or via facetime or zoom) #Ceremony script written by me #Quality PA system and microphone #Preparation of marriage certificates #Registration of your marriage #Certificate of Marriage #Unlimited calls, texts and emails $750 "Catch and Kiss" #Pre-wedding meeting and completion of NOIM (either in person or via facetime or zoom) #Customised ceremony script including your personal love story #Personalised vows (I can assist you to write these) #Quality PA system and microphone #Preparation of marriage certificates #Registration of your marriage #Certificate of Marriage framed #Comemorative pen #Signing table and lovers bench #Unlimited calls, texts and emails $950

Funerals

I am committed to providing families with meaningful and personalized funeral experiences that reflect the unique story and legacy of their loved one. Memorials

If you are not having a formal funeral, you may want to celebrate your loved one by having an intimate memorial service. Situated in a beautiful leafy setting, up to 20 guests can reflect on your loved one with a memorial service followed by some refreshments afterwards.
